J.L.G. Governor Bass Short Scale (30.3")

J.L.G. Governor Bass, short scale version is our brand new model for year 2021. Unique design, playability, look and configurability have been corner stones for this design.  This is our new Standard Bass model and can be customized. Hundreds of possible combinations available. Specs:

• Alder, mahogany or poplar 1 or 2-piece body wood, routed to support TV Jones no ears mount pickup(s), 1 or 2, copper isolation on body cavities, cream binding possible on top edge. Separate top wood per request, Special body woods available per request, Thinline version coming
• 30.3" scale 1 or 2-piece maple, flame maple, roasted flame maple, mahogany neck, with ovangkol, pao ferro, rosewood, flame ebony fretboard, 2-way rod accessible on heel, 9,5", 10", 12"  or custom rad, 20 jumbo nickel silver frets, black, white or perloid dots all the way and J.L.G. logo on 12th fret position, bone or black TusQ nut, J.L.G. bass headstock and logo. Possibility to order as fretless.
• Chrome or black HW: Babicz Full Contact bridge and strings trough body ferrules, HipShot tuners, metal knobs, engraved J.L.G. neck plate, Schaller strap locks
• 3-ply black plastic control route cover
• Standard selection of Bass pickup(s) from TV Jones (no ears mount) offering, alternatively other customer selected pickup(s) per request
• Cloth wires, 2 CTS pots, mono jack on body side, wiring can be done as customer wants, based on selected pickup amount and type, if more than 1 pickup, jack moves to side using Electrosocket and Switch graft 3-way toggle switch will be installed. Standard is 1 master volume and tone.
• Color options for body and headstock: Natural(oiled, poly or nitro finnish in solid or translucent), all basic vintage colors available (metallic ones per request)
• Finish options for body and headstock: danish- or tru-oil, matt, satin or glossy poly or nitro. Oils only available for natural finish, headstock always finish using poly or nitro laquer
• Hard Case, several options

J.L.G. Governor Series Long Scale (34")

J.L.G. Governor Bass, long scale version is the big brother of the short sclae version. This is also a new model for year 2021. Unique design, playability, look and configurability have been corner stones for this design.  This is our new Standard Bass model and can be customized. Hundreds of possible combinations available.
